TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Note - Please read carefully terms and conditions below

  1. All our training is on a one-to-one basis by fully qualified DSA approved instructors
  2. Accommodation where included is Bed and Breakfast only, it will normally have towels, TV and drinks facilities in the room, but we reserve the right to change this in certain circumstances
  3. We cannot be held responsible for Tests cancelled by the Driving Standards Agency or bad weather as these are beyond our control.
  4. Your driving instructor has the right to refuse the use of the school vehicle if they feel you have not reached the required standard to take the driving test.
  5. We do not offer a guaranteed Pass (There is no such thing)
  6. We reserve the right to change your instructor and/or vehicle at short notice due to illness or transport problems.
  7. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel part of your course/lessons due to vehicle or instructor problems and not be able to finish your course/lessons then we will rearrange your test and the balance of the course for as soon as possible or offer a full refund for the part of the course that we have not been able to complete.
  8. If you are late arriving, we will try to make up the missed time, however this is not always possible due to other commitments
  9. Please check your test date carefully as the school cannot accept responsibility due to incorrect test date information from the candidate.
  10. The school will not be responsible for any driving test terminated due to candidate’s poor eyesight please check you can read a registration plate from a distance of ( 20.5 Metres )
  11. The School accepts no liability for personal property that is left in any training vehicle.
  12. All fees include pupil cover whilst driving the School vehicle, (provided the pupil is licensed to drive). And is accompanied by, or under the direction of a Driving Standards Agency A.D.I / or on a Driving Test with an approved DSA Examiner(s).
  13. The school will not be held responsible for driving tests that do not go ahead due to the candidate not having the correct documents. ( SEE BELOW )
  14. If you do not have your money for a weekly driving lesson please make your instructor of this as soon as you get in the car. Your instructor has the right at this stage to refuse to take you on your lesson. And please do not ask for credit or (can i pay next week) as refusal often offends.
  15. The driving school has the right to change any offers/discounts or prices at any time without prior notice.
  16. If the pupil does not reach the required the instructor has the right to refuse the use of his/her vehicle, if this happens you may still take your test but not in the instructors car. If you don't take the test you will lose your test fee and to re-book will require you to pay for another test yourself we will not pay for another test.
  17. Payments for intensive courses must be paid by card at least 1 day before you start the course. if you pay cash it must be in full on the first day of training. If you do not have payment or try to pay by card when your instructor arrives he/she will not start the course until payment has been made. If it has to be credit/debit card the instructor will drive back to the office on his own and once payment has been cleared will then drive back and training will begin, however any time lost through getting payment will be deducted out of your designated hours for that and will not refunded or made up later in the week. This also applies to cash payment if you need taking to the bank again the instructor will drive you there but this will come out of your time, and training wont start until cash payment has been made in full.
Please note you will need photographic proof of identity when taking either test. This means you need both parts of the new style photo licence or if you have the old style licence then you MUST BRING A VALID PASSPORT.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. All deposits for intensive courses are non refundable as this is required to reserve your training vehicle and instructor for that week
  2. All hourly lessons are subject to 48 hours cancellation period or a full price of lesson will still be charged this must be made by telephone conversation not via text message.
  3. Should you decide to leave before the course is completed we will not be expected to refund any money.

VOUCHERS/BUSINESS CARD VOUCHERS

  1. You must retain your voucher as proof for discount
  2. You must mention you have a voucher when booking your first lesson
  3. If you pre-pay for a number of lessons in advance and get a free bonus lesson from us, if you cancel late or do not turn up for your booked driving lesson any bonus lessons will be deducted and you will not qualify for further discounts
  4. If it’s your first lesson with the driving school must be a 2 hour but you only pay for 1 hour
  5. You must be within our catchment area (ring to check if we cover your area)
  6. Lessons must be taken between 8am - 4pm Mon to Fri
  7. You (The Pupil being recommended) can only be recommended to the school once
  8. The person recommending a new pupil will receive their free lesson/£10 high street gift voucher or £20 discount of intensive course once the recommended pupil has had 5 or more lessons or books an intensive course
  9. The person recommending will be contacted normally by telephone and asked what high street voucher they would like once this has been chosen it cannot be changed so choose carefully
  10. Our high street vouchers are changing all the time and we have the right to change them at any time without prior notice
  11. Vouchers cannot be changed to another person
