Terms and Conditions

All our training is given on a one-to-one basis by a fully qualified DSA approved instructor
We cannot be held responsible for driving tests cancelled by the DSA or bad weather as these are beyond our control.
Accommodation where included is bed and breakfast only. It will normally have towels, tv and drink facilities in the room, but we reserve the right to change this in certain circumstances.
You must produce both parts of your driving licence to your instructor on your first lesson otherwise the lesson cannot be conducted, but you will still be charged or hours lost that have been allocated for you.
We do not offer a guaranteed pass (There is no such thing)
Your driving instructor has the right to refuse the use of his/her vehicle if they feel the candidate has not reached the required standard, to take the driving test.
if your instructor refuses the use of his/her car for the use of the test you may loose your test fee. If you do lose your fee when you re book you will have to pay for another driving test and not the school pay for it.
We reserve the right to change your instructor or vehicle at short notice, due to illness or vehicle problems.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel part of your course/lessons due to vehicle or instructor problems and are not able to finish your course, we will the rearrange your test as soon as possible. The outstanding hours of the course/lessons will be held in reserve, or alternatively if this is not convenient we offer a full refund on the part of the course we were unable to complete. (Not the whole course)
If you arrive late we cannot make up the lost time as we have other courses/lessons pre booked.
The school will not be held responsible for any driving test cancelled due to candidates poor eyesight, you should be able to read a registration plate from a distance of 20.5 metres or 67 feet.
All fees include pupil cover whilst driving the school vehicle, provided the pupil is licensed to drive, and is accompanied by one of our qualified instructors or a DSA examiner.
The school accepts no responsibility for personal property that is left in the training vehicle.
The school will not be held responsible for driving tests or lessons that do not go ahead due to the candidate not having the correct documents.
Any violent or abusive behaviour to our staff will not be tolerated and reported to the police and all training will be terminated immediately without refund.
The driving school will not be held responsible for tests that do not go ahead due to the incorrect test date information given by a pupil. So please check test date bookings carefully.
All intensive courses which include both theory and practical tests we cannot guarantee the practical test for the last day of the course due to test waiting times. However we do guarantee we will do our upmost to get you a practical test as soon as we can (normally 75% quicker than the current waiting times.)

Payments

All intensive courses require a deposit when booking this is required to book your training vehicle for that week and book your test.
All deposits for intensive course are non refundable.
The remainder of your balance for your course must be paid in full either at least one day before with a credit/debit card, or if paying cash in full to your instructor when he/she first arrives to pick you up. If you do not have payment training will not begin, and your instructor then has the right to refuse to start the course. Any time lost through not obtaining payment will not be refunded and not made up at a later date.
If you do not have your money for weekly lessons you need to inform your instructor when you first get in the car, your instructor then has the right to refuse to take you for that lesson or your driving test.
Please do not ask for credit as refusal often offends.
If you fail to pay your instructor at the end of the lesson you will be required to make payment in advance for future lessons. Any future lessons pre-booked will not go ahead and your instructor will not turn up until they receive payment in full. Any time the instructor spends retrieving payment for non payment of lessons ( having to take pupil to bank or doing card payment) will be deducted from the pre paid hours total, as the training vehicle has been reserved especially for the customer.
We have the right to change our prices without prior notice all pupils will be informed on weekly lessons at least one week before price changes come into effect.
All prices that are stated are for manual lessons/courses we do offer automatic but for intensive courses only and are £50 higher than current manual prices.

Cancellations

All deposits for intensive course are non refundable as this is required to reserve your training vehicle and instructor for that week.
If you need to change the date of your course or postpone your course for any reason you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay another deposit if you wish to re-book it.
All weekly lessons are subject to 48 hours cancellation period or the full price of the lesson will be charged. This cancellation must be made by telephone conversation and not text message.
Should you leave your course before the course is complete we will not refund any money.
All courses include one theory test and one practical test further tests if required must be paid for by the candidate.
Any hours left over due to candidate failing their theory test have an expiry of 3 months from date the theory was taken and not passed.

Voucher/Business Card Vouchers

You must retain your voucher as proof for discounts.
You must mention you have voucher when booking your first lesson
If you pre pay for a number of lessons in advance and qualify for a free bonus lesson and cancel any of those pre paid lessons, you will lose the hours allocated for that lesson, and they will be deducted out of your pre paid hours. Plus you will lose the free bonus lesson.
If you have a voucher for a free lesson you must book a two hour lesson but only pay for one.
To qualify for a voucher you must be within our catchment area if unsure please ring to check first.
A pupil can only be recommended once to the driving school once.
Any pupil recommending another pupil will receive their recommendation discount once the recommended pupil has had at least five driving lessons, or has booked a course.
Our high street vouchers are changing all the time and we have the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
Vouchers cannot be changed to another person.
You can only use one voucher during your learning period if you have two vouchers we will except the greater value one provided it is still in date.

All offers are for manual driving lessons only not automatic.

Starter Pack Vouchers

All starter pack vouchers are non refundable.
Starter packs are for new customers only.
Starter packs cannot be booked if you have got a driving test already booked.
All starter pack vouchers must be paid in full on first days training or by card a few days before first days training.
Starter pack Vouchers cannot be refunded
Starter pack lessons must be taken between Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm
Starter pack vouchers can only be used once and customers can only use one voucher throughout their whole learning period
Only one starter pack voucher per person
You can only select one starter pack when you book your first lessons.
You must live within our catchment area to qualify for a starter pack voucher.
If you cancel any of your starter pack lessons without 48 hours notice all voucher entitlements will be lost (this means you will be charged for the cancelled lesson which will be deducted from your pre-pay lessons. You will also forfeit all pass plus vouchers that you have too.

Money Back Guarantee

Money back guarantee applies to all lessons of one hour or more
Applies to the first lesson only and not historical lessons
Money back guarantee does not apply to intensive courses or pass plus courses
Claim for refund must be made by the pupil within the first thirty minutes of the lesson
Refund applies only to very first lesson
The money will only be returned to the bill payer

Pass Promise Is Not Currently Available Until The Contracts Have Been Produced

To qualify for Pass Promise - the pupil must have signed a copy of these terms and conditions on their first lesson.
Take regular driving lessons (At least one every week) if you wish you can take more as you will pass your driving test much quicker.
One lesson a week will be at least one hour if you live in King's Lynn or one two hour lesson once a week if you live outside King's Lynn.
You must not miss more than 2 weeks during your learning period any lessons you do miss must be rebooked within 5 days. (The 2 weeks is to allow for holidays, illness or unavoidable situations).
Any lessons cancelled at short notice (less than 48 hours notice) will be deducted from your 2 weeks allowance.
A mock test is completed and the results/feedback applied prior to the DSA practical test.
The DSA practical test may only be taken once the instructor has confirmed that the appropriate number of lessons has been completed.
Your practical test is booked by our office.
Your practical test is not booked without confirmation from us.
Your theory test must be passed within 12 weeks of your first driving lesson.
If taking an intensive course and are local you must have a two hour assessment lesson so your instructor can select the right course for you.
Should you not pass your test then lessons must continue each week until your next driving test if you miss/cancel any lessons before the second test you will again need to rebook that lesson within 5 days.
On an assessment lesson if you are advised to take a 30 hour course but you only wish to take a 20 hour course you may do this course but will not qualify for pass promise as you have not agreed to the correct course in our professional opinion.
Residential intensive courses are not covered as we cannot assess your driving beforehand and cannot rely on your opinion or, another driving school/instructors opinion.
Your next test is free which basically means we will pick you up on the day of your second test you will get a pre lesson warm up drive then have free hire of the driving school vehicle and we then drive you back, saving you £75 in total. (You will only pay the DSA practical test fee which is for the examiner to sit beside you for the driving test)
If you do fail your first test another test must be booked within 2 weeks of the first test and must be taken within two months of the first test ( Unless DSA waiting times are higher)
If you did fail a second test (very rare) again the same rules apply you must have regular lessons and test must be taken within two months of second test.
Pass Promise is for manual lessons not intensive courses or automatic lessons/courses.
Pass Promise is non transferable.
Pass Promise terms and conditions may only be varied by the driving instructor.
